Bad News
We all have sinned and are seperated from God.
"for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God" Romans 3:23
Worse News
On our own, there is nothing we can do to remove our sin.
"For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing it is the gift of God." Ephesians 2:8
Good News
Jesus did for us what we could not do for ourselves. He died on a cross and shed his blood to pay for our sins, and rose frommthe dead three days later.
"...the blood of Jesus, His Son, purifioes us from all sin." I John 1:7
Best News
Eternal life and forgiveness of sin is a free gift. All we have to do is accept it.
"... the free gift of God is eternal life in Jesus Christ our Lord." Romans 6:23
Accepting Jesus' Free Gift
"If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved." Romans 10:9
PRAY: Dear God, I am a sinner, and need to be forgiven. I believe Jesus Christ. Your Son died for my sins and is alive right now. I turn from my sin and now confess Jesus Christ as my Lord and I recieve Him. In Jesus' name. AMEN
